No therapy, just autopilot
Elon Musk shared surprising life advice on Twitter: Going to therapy or thinking about your problems only digs you deeper. Instead, the tech billionaire recommends simply ignoring negative thoughts and driving on. "Don't cut a rut in the road," he writes, meaning: If life is a bumpy road, just change lanes.
Experts are divided on whether Musk's advice is effective. One psychologist said, "If you're going to dig a hole, at least use it as a swimming pool." Another added, "Musk probably forgot that some roads just need to be repaved." But the Tesla boss stands by his opinion: If you want to be happy, avoid reverse gear.
Supporters celebrate Musk's approach as an "innovative mental health update." Critics call it "pure hit-and-run from your own psyche." Whether Musk's therapy alternative actually helps remains to be seen. One thing is certain: Anyone following Musk's advice should at least have a good navigation system.
